Lauren Jacquemin LPC, LCADC

I provide client-centered therapy for individuals seeking support, healing, and meaningful change. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process grounded in trust, authenticity, and respect. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to explore your thoughts and emotions.

I work with adult clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use recovery, grief and loss, ADHD, neurodivergence, mood disorders, and concerns related to LGBTQIA+ identity and affirmation. I understand that each person’s experience is unique, and I approach therapy with cultural humility and sensitivity. I utilize a variety of evidence-based approaches to meet your individual needs and goals. Together, we can identify patterns that may be holding you back, build practical coping skills, and foster meaningful, lasting change.

I believe that healing happens when we feel truly understood. Whether you’re seeking support during a difficult time or looking to deepen your self-awareness and personal growth, I am here to walk alongside you in the process.

Reaching out for support is a courageous first step. I look forward to connecting with you.
