Maybe you’re the person who overthinks every conversation, struggles to set boundaries without feeling guilty, gives too much in relationships, or finds yourself wondering, “Why do I keep ending up here?” Maybe you’re navigating family wounds, anxiety, a major life transition, or trying to figure out who you are outside of the roles and expectations placed on you.

If that sounds familiar, you don’t have to figure it all out alone.

I work with teens ages 16+ , adults, and couples who are ready to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that may be keeping them stuck. My areas of focus include anxiety, trauma and PTSD, parental and relational wounds, attachment, relationship challenges, peer relationships, life transitions, and human sexuality and intimacy.

My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and rooted in the belief that your behaviors and relationship patterns often make sense when we understand where they came from. In therapy, we’ll explore how your past experiences may be showing up in your present-not to live in the past, but to give you more choice in what happens next. We may use approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, attachment-based work, Gottman-informed interventions, and trauma-focused strategies depending on what feels most helpful for you.

I especially value creating space for conversations that can feel difficult to have elsewhere-whether that involves family dynamics, unhealthy relationship patterns, intimacy, sexuality, self-worth, or the complicated process of becoming your own person.

You don’t need to have the perfect words, a clear diagnosis, or everything figured out before starting therapy. You just need to be willing to get curious about yourself.

If you’re ready to understand your patterns, strengthen your relationships, and create something different for yourself, I’d be honored to work with you.
