Ryan Li, LSW
Are you feeling sad, conflicted, anxious, angry, or stuck? Do you feel like life’s challenges are pulling you away from the things and people you love, or are you struggling to express feelings or find motivation? Perhaps your dreams feel distant? Maybe you’re feeling disconnected with your sense of self? Together, we will work to make sense of your experiences and master the skills to navigate them with confidence.
I hold my LSW (licensed social worker) in the state of NJ. My clinical experience spans diverse settings treating adolescents, adults, and families, including private practice, outpatient clinic, and community agency.
I offer process- and protocol-oriented therapies tailored to your needs, whether goal-focused or exploratory. My clinical focus includes depression, anxiety, anger, grief, self-esteem, OCD, PTSD, workplace stress, and interpersonal/couple/martial conflicts. I also offer an emphasis on faith and healing which can be incorporated at your discretion.
I take a client-centered relational approach, prioritizing your autonomy and aspirations. I believe each individual holds vast potential rooted in the pursuit of meaning, relationship, vocation, and virtue. In our therapeutic alliance, we will work to explore your experience, map out your goals, and practice the steps to reach the future you envision.
