Kelly Hess, MS, LAC

Kelly Hess is a compassionate and dedicated clinician based in Medford, New Jersey, where she lives with her husband, three daughters, two Malamutes, and four cats. Her warm and empathetic approach to therapy reflects both her commitment to her community and her deep passion for supporting individuals on their journey toward mental wellness and healing.
Kelly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Psychology from Park University and a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling from Grand Canyon University. She is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) with over five years of direct clinical experience, working with a broad range of individuals and diagnoses. Her background includes providing individual therapy, couples counseling, and support for those affected by trauma, abuse, domestic violence, homelessness, and substance use disorders.
Kelly works with clients ages five and up and places a strong emphasis on validation and affirmation as essential elements of the therapeutic process. She believes that recognizing and honoring each person’s unique experiences is foundational to healing and personal growth.
