Ethan Brudno, MA, LPC, NCC

Ethan (he/they) holds a Master’s degree in Professional Clinical Counseling from La Salle university, and is a Licensed Professional Counselor for the state of New Jersey. Ethan has worked in both private practice and community mental health environments, which have enabled him to work with diverse groups of people. He has worked with people of all ages, helping clients to work through and manage struggles such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, relationship difficulties, and other struggles. Ethan is an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider, and has a wealth of experience working with clients diagnosed with ADHD in both childhood and adulthood. He also has personal and professional experience with children and adults on the Autism Spectrum. Ethan is also passionate about being able to work with LGBTQIA+ clients.
Ethan primarily works from a Cognitive Behavioral perspective, and believes that being able to control and change one’s thinking is the best avenue for change. He also incorporates solution focused techniques, as he believes that oftentimes the best solution is one that you already know, but just might not know how to implement yet. Ethan’s other clinical interests include games of all forms, such as role playing or video games, and how they can be used for psychological benefit for people of all ages.
